Ham and Cheese Breakfast Tarts

2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
4 Tbsp. chives, chopped
1.5 cups Sugardale ham, diced (Code 8714)
40 phyllo cups
4 Tbsp. of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl combine the softened cream cheese, eggs, and milk.
3. Once combined add the chives, Swiss cheese, and Sugardale diced ham.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until combined.
5. Fill the premade phyllo cups with the fi lling. Bake for 10 minutes.
