INGREDIENTS

4 fresh ground chuck burger patties, 1/4 lb. each
16-20 slices Sugardale sliced pepperoni
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 Tbsp. hot pepper relish / sandwich spread
8-12 fresh basil leaves
4 burger buns
2 Tbsp. butter

directions

1. Grill burger patties to desired doneness. Meanwhile slice and butter the burger buns, then toast until warmed.
2. Build each burger by topping each patty with 1 slice of mozzarella cheese, 1 Tbsp. of hot pepper relish, 4-5 slices of Sugardale sliced pepperoni, and 2-3 fresh basil leaves. Serve on warm, toasted buns.
